2. Phnom Penh Noodle Shack

Simply known as The Shack, this is where Keam goes for the house specialty, the Phnom Penh noodles.
Made with shrimp, pork meat and other meaty parts, it’s typically a breakfast meal that can be eaten anytime of day.
“It’s basically the pho of Cambodian food,” Keam said.
“You go in there and it looks like a classic Cambodian spot on the side of the road. The service is great, everything there is amazing. There’s even a small little shop inside where you can buy stuff…it’s just really classic to me and the broth is amazing.”
